Who We Are

Yours Mentally is a warm, judgment-free space created by Dr. Vidhi M. Pilania, a practicing consultant psychologist, to help you navigate life's tough moments with clarity and compassion.

Over the years, Dr. Vidhi has worked across diverse settings—including armed forces environments—and served as an eminent faculty at BSF Academy, Gwalior, bringing a grounded, real-world understanding of stress, family dynamics, trauma, and high-performance work cultures.

Education & Credentials

An alumnus of Banaras Hindu University (Gold Medalist), she went on to earn her doctorate from AIIMS, New Delhi.
